Questions

Does engraving delay my order?

No. Engraving is done in-house, so an engraved order ships on the same schedule as any other — 24 hours inside Dhaka, 1 to 3 days outside.

How much does it cost?

The first position is free on every wallet. Each additional position is ৳200.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Not for engraved orders. An engraved wallet is made for one person and cannot be resold, so it is confirmed only after full payment.

Can an engraved wallet be returned?

Check the order in front of the delivery person — anything wrong, hand it straight back. Once he leaves, an engraved wallet cannot be returned or exchanged.

What can I have engraved?

A name, initials, a date or a short line. Positions two, three and four take up to three lines. Send a logo or handwriting as an image and we will match it.

Which wallets can be engraved?

Every Adorix leather wallet. Trackers, NFC cards and rings are not engraved through this flow.
