Inspect before you accept
Open and check the order in front of the delivery person. Any issue, hand it straight back to him.

Once he leaves, no returns
After the delivery person has gone, a return cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

Engraved orders cannot be returned
Personalised wallets are made for one customer only, so engraving makes the order final.

Damage after delivery is not covered
Physical damage caused by use or accident cannot be returned or exchanged.
